Safety at tendays

Last updated 11 November 2026

If you're in immediate danger, call 999.

Inside tendays

• Every person is a verified adult with a live photo.
• You can report or block anyone from inside a match or a letter, at any time. A person reviews every report, and you're released from the match straight away.
• If someone pushes for your number or wants to move to another app early, we'll remind you that we can't protect you outside tendays.
• Never send money or financial details to someone you met here.

Meeting in person

• Meet somewhere public and get there on your own.
• Tell a friend where you'll be and when.
• You can leave at any time.
